The service

The site and the application connect candidates and employers: job postings, applications, mass recruitment, support and training. The service is published by Humaneo SARL.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials private. An account is personal. Staff and company owner accounts require two-step verification.

Candidates

The core of the service is free for candidates: signing up, building a profile, applying, tracking applications and messaging. Optional support services are paid, under the terms of the "Paid services" section. You decide what you publish in your profile, your presence in the talent library and your entry into employers' talent pools. Your applications are sent to the employers concerned and to them only.

Employers

Employers undertake to publish real, lawful and non-discriminatory postings, to process candidates' data for recruitment only and to treat candidates with respect in their exchanges. During the launch period, employer features (job posting, application tracking, talent library, recruiting aids) are free. The end of this period will be announced to employers at least thirty days in advance; afterwards, paid services will be charged per use or by subscription, at the price shown before any order.

Paid services

Paid services are paid per use, at the price shown before buying, in the country's currency and inclusive of taxes, by Mobile Money or card. Every payment gives rise to a numbered receipt, available in your space. A paid service that could not be delivered is retried, then refunded if the failure persists. Apart from that case, a delivered service is not refundable.

Content and behaviour

Prohibited: fake postings or postings charging the candidate, requests for money, harassment, fake profiles, unlawful content. Any content can be reported; our team reviews reports and may remove content, suspend or close an account.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and backed up daily, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Maintenance may be announced in the application.

Liability

We are not a party to employment or training contracts concluded between users. Each user remains responsible for the content they publish and the decisions they make.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Mali. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Bamako, after an attempt at amicable resolution through the Contact page.
